How to Order

• Orders can be made by adding items to your shopping cart on our website
• Orders are also accepted by e-mail, telephone, or fax:

• The following information should be included:
  • Catalog number and description of product or service
  • Quantity of product or service
  • Shipping address
  • Billing address
  • Purchase order number (VISA and MasterCard also accepted)
• Order confirmations are not required. If a phone order is followed by a written confirmation, please mark the page clearly with “confirming order” to avoid duplicate shipment.

Conditions of Sale

• Prices are based on F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. All prices are quoted in US dollars and subject to change without notice.
• Terms are net 30 days to domestic accounts with approved credit. VISA and MasterCard are also accepted.

Shipping & Delivery

• Domestic orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of acceptance via UPS or FedEx.
• For international orders, we will issue a pro forma invoice which is requested to be prepaid before product will be shipped. The order will generally be shipped within 24 hours upon receiving a purchase order or credit card authorization form via UPS or FedEx.
• Please provide an adequate shipping address to a proper receiver or receiving department. We do not accept P.O. boxes since the items shipped will be in boxes that may be larger than the P.O. box.

Returns

• Before returning any item, please call for return authorization.

Limitations and Liability

• We are not liable for the misuse of products or for any claims not listed in the company literature.
• The liability of using our services or products is limited to refund only.
